Silverado II Aparthotel Winter Park, Winter Park

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was unacceptable, with a strong odor and unmade beds upon arrival, which overshadowed any minor positives. On the flip side, the location was decent and the rustic decor had its charm. However, the lack of responses from management regarding my complaints left a lot to be desired.

While my stay had its highlights, I faced significant issues with cleanliness and surprise inconveniences. The view and rustic charm of the location were appreciated, but the unclean conditions and management's lack of response really left a negative impression.

We had an amazing stay at Silverado II Condo! The beautiful decor and abundance of amenities made our family vacation memorable. The large, comfortable rooms offered stunning mountain views, and we loved having a fully stocked kitchen for meal prep. The indoor pool and game rooms kept the kids entertained. However, we found the shuttle service to be less frequent, which was a bit of a hassle during peak times. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we can't wait to return!
